How does a Birth Mother get a profile?
If you are working with an agency they will present your profile along with several others to potential Birth Mothers who are making an adoption plan. If you are adopting privately you will be the one to offer your profile to a birth mother to whom you feel could be a potential match.
What is a profile?
It is a book that will have pictures and information about you, your family, your neighborhood, activities etc. It will be set up in a scrapbook format and will allow the birth mother (birth father or birth family) to learn about who you are. To see what you look like and to feel the emotion that is in your heart as you await your miracle child. It will allow Birth Parents to see the facts about you, your age, what you do for a living, how long have you been married. Having a profile to give to a potential Birth Parent will allow them to review it and read it and go back again and again as they make their decision.
How long does it take to receive my profile?
You will have it with in 5 – 7 days of receiving all the required information and pictures from you.
What information is needed?
~ Your letter for prospective Birth Parents. (Just speak from your heart)
~ Picture, Pictures, Pictures.
~ Answer a few questions that I will ask, in order to create a profile, that represents you properly and shows your personalities.
~ Payment.
